Mariusz Pleban is the owner and President of Multi Communications, one of Poland's largest and most experienced PR firms. Mariusz specializes in integrated marketing communications and public relations. For 8 years he served as Council member and Vice President on the board of the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association. At present, he holds the position of Vice President of the Events Agencies Club (KAE) that operates under the aegis of SAR Marketing Communication Association.
He is also a professor at the London School of Public Relations (prestigious global PR schools network) and at the Brand Strategy School in Warsaw. Moreover, he shares his expertise as a trainer at the ICAN Institute (the publisher of the renowned Harvard Business Review Polska) and is a frequent public speaker and moderator during PR industry congresses such as PR Forum or Harvard Business Review. His further academic accomplishments include delivering guest lectures at the University of Warsaw in the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science.
Mariusz joined Multi Communications in 1997 and quickly began to climb up the career ladder: from account manager he moved up to managing partner, finally to become the owner and President of the company.
Under his leadership, Multi Communications earned many major PR industry awards, and became the only Polish PR agency to join the Public Relations Global Network.

Barbara is the co-owner and Vice President of Multi Communications.
Throughout her career, she has worked as a key consultant in strategic communications at Limitless (Nakheel group), Kompania Piwowarska brewery, IBM Business Consulting Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Her previous career highlights included, among others, designing corporate visual identity for Multi Bank. Between 1994 and 1997, during her work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she largely contributed to the creation of Poland's foreign policy in the area of European integration.
Barbara specializes in providing integrated communications consulting services to corporate management, advising clients on corporate PR, product PR, B2B, relations management, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
She has provided media&communications training and counselling to senior management of companies such as Beskidzki Dom Maklerski, Provimi, Lux Med group, PwC, IBM Business Consulting Services, Kompania Piwowarska, Representation of the European Commission in Poland, PKN ORLEN, Qualia, GSK.
Barbara has been involved in PR business since 1997.
Barbara is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and the Netherlands Institute of International Relations.
She is also a NLP practitioner and a certified ICC coach.
Specialist, expert in the field of planning and organizing events. She has been associated with the MICE industry since 2001.
She cooperated with clients of many sectors, including:

- information technology (Microsoft Poland, IBM Poland),
- automotive industry (Mercedes-Benz Poland, GM Poland, Volvo Auto Poland, Nissan Poland, Citroen Poland),

Since 2007 she has been managing an experienced Multi Event team - until 2017 as a project director, since 2018 as an event director.
In 2015, she became a lecturer at the School of Brand Strategy of the SAR Marketing Communication Association, to share her experience and support young adepts of art of events.
She considers that good tailoring of audience's experiences during the event is a key element of this type of action's strategy. She believes in the strength of relationships based on mutual respect and honesty.

Urszula Matej-Bil (Account Director)
Joined Multi Communications in 2016. Over 10 years of experience in managing external and internal communications for leading international companies and brands representing a wide range of sectors. Previously she had worked for Questia Communications Management Consultants and United States Diplomatic Mission to Poland in Warsaw.
Specialises in corporate communications and media relations, internal communications, B2B communications, issue and crisis communications, cooperation with influencers, celebrities and KOLs, Government and Public Affairs, media training, CSR programs, product/brand launch communications, promoting real estate projects, communications and perception audits.
