The mechanism of interpersonal communication consists in sharing the information contained in various forms. Signals emitted by us to our environment are conveyed by sound, image and sensation. What we say, how we say it and what we look like when we do it seems to be a crucial element of our everyday life, since all of these features affect our public image. It is important for the image perceived by others to correspond with the one we have of ourselves. The same principle applies to the process of communication in organizations. We are well aware that organizations have no absolute control over their brands, which is instead handed over to consumers and clients. Nevertheless, the companies still have a major influence on the creation of their image.

Public Relations Department is well aware of this fact. While working on building our clients credibility, we employ numerous techniques and tools enabling an effective communication with the message recipients, i.e. with people. By carrying out an in-depth analysis of needs and objectives, we examine the essence of conduct of groups, communities and particular individuals. We adjust the means of communication and benefit from a wide array of constantly perfected solutions. The sound knowledge of public relations services, as well as of the client's sector constitutes a cornerstone of our activity. That is why we can implement exceptional projects, for which we constantly receive due credit.

Our Public Relations department is composed of two units:

• Corporate&Business Communications Unit
